What is In School Mentoring?

A small commitment that makes a big difference, share your passion today!

Become a mentor to a child at one of schools in your local community, we service Yorkton, Melville, Churchbridge, Langenburg and Esterhazy. We are always looking to expand further and are in need of both male and female mentors for our programs. You’ll help build a child’s self-esteem, build confidence, and boost school performance, all while having lots of fun. This program only takes one hour a week during the school year, and you can also gain volunteer hours for school.

In- School Mentoring is one of our biggest program, it involves mentors spending one hour a week with their mentee playing games, sports, arts and crafts, and other activities that both mentor and mentee enjoy.  It’s all about being a positive role model for a child, being someone they can talk to and learn from, while sharing interests, building a friendship, and encouraging them and expanding their possibilities in life.
