Thank you for your support of Big Brothers Big Sisters 11th Annual Golf for Kids Sake Mixed Charity Fun Day held at Esterhazy Golf Course on August 22nd, 2020 in association with Parkland Manufacturing Ltd. and ICON Construction Ltd. It was a huge success thanks to everyone who sponsored, volunteered, and attended. We appreciate your commitment to our tournament and your support of Big Brothers Big Sisters Esterhazy mentoring programs.
The Golf Fun Day was a great success with 63 golfers registered. With your support, we raised over $26,727.47 for Big Brothers Big Sisters mentoring program in Esterhazy. We are grateful for all of our sponsors, golfers, caddies and supporters for making this the success it was.
We look forward to having you as a part of our Golf For Kids Sake event in the upcoming year and thank you for your ongoing support of mentoring and making a difference in a child’s life. The 12th Big Brothers Big Sisters Annual Mixed Charity Golf For Kids’ Sake will take place June 19. 2021 at Esterhazy Golf Course in association with Parkland Manufacturing Ltd and ICON Construction Ltd. We are looking forward to another great Fun Day with caddies, specialty holes, draws and events throughout the event day.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Yorkton and Area enables life-changing mentoring relationships to ignite the power and potential of young people. We provide mentoring for Young People who face diversity and who are in need of an additional consistent and supportive developmental relationship. Every child needs someone in their corner. The gift of time in the life of a child is an investment that endures and multiplies.
With outstanding support from the community, Golf for Kids Sake supporters and the awesome volunteers that participate, mentoring has impacted the lives of over 510 youth mentoring relationshipsd group mentoring programs during the past 11 years from Esterhazy. Young people graduate our programs with measurable outcomes as mentoring improves social emotional competence, mental health and wellbeing, and educational engagement and employment readiness. Unlocking a child’s true potential creates a future where anything is possible.
